born in 1988 in a small town in Australia, Nick started racing at the age of 9 and hasn’t stopped since. A few years ago he flew across to Spain, racing ITU short course for four years before having his first taste of Ironman racing. In 2015, he decided the best place to establish himself would be Girona. With it’s amazing roads, trails and a few fellow athletes and friends, the city has become his home.
He first started seeing the fruits of his hard work in 2016, after getting a good result at the World championships in mooloolaba. After that, he came in second after his mate Jan in what is probably his most memorable race, breaking his collarbone during the ride in Barcelona. With a 10 week recovery under his sleeve, he won Ironman Zurich in July 2017.
Following an injury plagued year, Nick is hungry and returning to form with a lot of big goals ahead. Stay tunned…
